MediTek Ltd was formed by Mr Kevin Strafford-Price and Mr Derek Nicholson in 1994 and incorporated in 1995.
It is a family and privately owned company with a manufacturing plant in County Durham, England with sales offices all around the world. MediTek's dedicated employee base is rapidly expanding as their stair lifts sales continue to grow.
MediTek's distributors in Austria, Belgium, France, England, Holland, Denmark, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, United States, Australia and New Zealand give the company a place in the global stair lift market.
The increased demand for stair lifts to meet the individual lifestyles of the young and elderly has lead MediTek to expand their stair lift product line: sit down, stand up, outdoor, and multi-flight.
