Charge Strip - S140/S160/E120 ICCC 15 Ft

ICCC=Integral Continuous Charging, data and remote external switching Circuit.

Charge strip orientation for polarity or data is important.

External switches are not of any polarity.

  • Single copper internal is always copper top side up for + ve i.e. red lead. Negative is the rail via ground
  • Twin Copper internal the same as above but an independent -ve i.e. black on the lower copper
  • Twin copper external the red and black are inverted so the +ve or red is on the lower copper to prevent water shorting out the tracks.
  • Twin coppers wired black and white, used for a remote (of the lift) NC interlock safety switch or switches connected in series to a limit circuit on the carriage main control board via the pickups below. The circuit although black and white has no polarity relevance.
  • Data, when the charging ICCC spare channel is used for -ve lead. Mostly PFHT (Power Folding Hinge Track) on the "S" Range.
